I’ve noticed that too, Odas been trying to use Double Page Spreads to Show Choreography, usually that’s not an issue but he don’t know how to do it right fr, he need to go back to doing choreography like this.

Realistically these type of fights only ever happen with Luffy and people that fight like him, i.e. Lucci, Doflamingo and Katakuri. Less so Kaido but even there theres very few well choreographed scenes.

He did like one solid page of vs Kizaru too before Luffy went G5 but thats it.

If he fights someone like Sakazuki, I can see it again there. But even characters like Shamrock and Blackbeard worry me because they dont seem necessarily to be nimble fighters. Shamrock maybe if he fights beyond his sword powers I guess

Kaido got one tapped by Xebecs raw strength alone. Meanwhile luffy going all out with his haki does nothing.
