I never really expected Carrot to join. I rather "thought" she would join and I made a clear hypothesis/affirmation. There is here a big nuance that most people never got (even Carrot fans whom I tried to explain this). Expecting is knowing and adjusting our enjoyment based on the expectation, something happens. Thinking is different, the enjoyment is not affected if what we believe don't happen.

man i dont even get what peoples issue is with same sex marriage. Like, i get it that homosexuality is a sin in their religion or whatever, but you are living in a fucking secular country, grow up and get over it.

man i dont even get what peoples issue is with same sex marriage. Like, i get it that homosexuality is a sin in their religion or whatever, but you are living in a fucking secular country, grow up and get over it.

Or why people care SO much about shit that neither concerns them nor affects them in any way…what the fuck difference does it make if the guy down the street from you wants to be legally entwined with another dude?? How does him being happy and enjoying the same freedoms detract from your life at all?? Again, it’s not like MAGAts live perfectly insular lives, they also barely scrape by and can’t afford basic necessities; how is overturning a law that has nothing to do with them gonna change their shitty situation??
