DR Harald is pretty powerful but not to the same extreme extent as Rocks it seems. Loki tussled with him, Shanks and Gaban seemingly landed hits on him etc.

Maybe because he's not fully possessed yet? Like no wings and fangs.

I think Domi Reversi burns through the user's life-span, whereas Harald's transformation is just Imu possessing him via the Seal (keep in mind I believe Imu is like Big Mom, but NEEDS Souls to function. So, Imu is fueling the God's Knights with their own stolen power, but Domi Reversi is burning through your lifespan to gain greater power, like that drug the Alabasta soldiers used before Crocodile destroyed them.

This tracks with what Imu said about Domi Reversi needing the user's life-span:

I do think in both cases with Harald and Rocks, the Shadow is taking over the body, and being manipulated by Imu. Gunko/Saturn seem to be Imu's Shadow taking direct control of the fighter.

If you’re talking about the handle it looked shorter this chapter. Besides if this hammer really is sentient like it is hinted to be this chapter, then it’ll be able to alter its own size just like Nash did when it went from a small shield on Goldberg to much larger than the Giant itself
