I think the crew will continue to exist, but some members will disband (like usopp)
Not everyone. Luffy will still want be a pirate. He wouldn't simply abandon piracy. Some members will still follow him (nami, for instance, because she will need to travel to every island to fulfil her dream). So luffy will get new nakamas after the end of the story (yamato, otama, etc)

Given the quality of some content, most likely yes.
But just like I don't read Boruto, I'm really unlikely to read any OP next gen stories. We here joke a lot about Two Piece and all possible Luffy nakamas already building an army there, but in all seriousness, I want the ending of this story be satisfying and no need for anything extra.
I am still traumatized by "no ending" for FT and then a very mid FT 100Q story.

We already have the sunny so why not more semi sentient objects as crew members? What if we learn that every single Zoro sword is also an official crew member? Oda drawing their humanized forms was clear foreshadowing. The most important object crew member of course is Luffy's straw hat.
Ragnir has a higher chance of joining than Loki @Mr. Reloaded.

Idk, I still think Loki will just play his endgame role like Yamato, Carrot, Shirahoshi and any other sovereign/ally to Luffy outside of the Grand Fleet. He's definitely ruling Elbaf while Hadjrudeen stays in Luffy's fleet at least imo.
Plus Im not even sure how you scale him down to appropriate size and he also seems waaaaaay too strong to the point where yeah Zoro and Sanji might be above him eventaully but then I feel like he throws the rest of the crew way off power dynamic. Like before this it felt like Jinbe wasnt "too" far behind the monster trio. Add Loki and I feel like everyone has to eclipse Jinbe by several orders of magnitude.
I'd still want it to be Kuma, just given his backstory and relevance to the crew, but I think that ship has sailed already too.
