Thats only his regeneration powers taking place. Gaban already confirmed Roger and his crew were unable to actually kill Holy knights ( ones without Coc haki )

Real question is how much of offensive power he can display .

If not even Xebec + Garp + Roger + WB + BM + Rookie Kaido can even slow down Imu's regen (Roger and co could likely do the same Xebec did to Garling, so not killing then but beating them yes), that's very much a problem.

Also, the "strenght" of regen speaks about the overall strenght of Imu imho.

Loki is getting so much hype, it makes one wonder how he could lose to Shanks if he's that strong. Either the hype is real, he's not as strong as expected, or his DF might come with a weakness.

Regardless, if if turns out he is that much stronger than other top tiers, I can only see him dying. Best case he end's up as the respected hypetool for Imu. Deal some damage perhaps permanent, but ends up dying. I always figured this to be Dragon's role in the story, but Loki could also serve the role.

What damage did Ling even take? Two weak aas attack from Zolo that were weaker than Green Bull’s finger tips? None of Zolo’s other weak ass attacks did any damage to him aside from like 2 of them, lol

He took dragon damnation off screen lost his wing got slashed in the chest. Shamrock using basic df ability stabbing him non hakified attack was head canon we made up. Do you remember how these same guys were arguing that rooftop zoro who scarred kaido with most of his broken boys wasn't nerfed after he blocked hakai
So if we use that logic despite loki being injured by some basic non hakified attacks from shamrock he should be able to perform at 100% no excuses if we hold him to same standard as marimo

Usually all of them. Depends on now Oda wants.
Sometimes characters can go offensive at 100%, but have zero endurace/stamina; some other time were all told all of their ability are reduced.

In this case Loki received some treatment and he Is exceptional, so he can stand.

In what way?

It was Vergo who broke Sanji 's lega during the fight, so. Obviously Sanji got damaged: becuase Vergo, being stronger, did the damage during the fight.
