Here's how (overall) it sounds to me:

- Thousands of years ago Nidhogg, Nika and other Gods existed as physical beings in OPs world. They fought, death and darkness ensued. The land of Elbaph was not called Elbaph at this time.
- During the Void Century, war was common. War God Elbaph is the reason Giants and AGs were feared, because he started wars with his neighbors. The land he resides in becomes Warland Elbaph, named after him. He had Nidhogg's DF. He meets and fights Joyboy in this time period. They eventually become friends. Ratatoskr is NOT a DF at this time, and only becomes one after everyone dies in this era to guard Nidhogg's DF.
- Fast forward to now. Luffy and Loki are the successors of those fruits

Terror I guess my main issue here is that Luffy was called the Sun God last chapter by Jarul and the context of the second worlds verse, killing the motherflame wouldnt make human gods it would in fact do the opposite. However killing JB and destroying the AK and building the WG and elevating themselves would.

Thats how I read it.

I do think that by the end of OP we would go back to the first worlds level of technological advancement or atleast begin moving towards it.

I don’t get the connection of becoming god but it‘a highly likely that the sun is referring to a source of energy. Even the line “the sun spread the fires of war“ screams like a nuclear type of war shit to me. It might not even refer to the mother flame but I’m confident that it’s not synonymous with the term Sun God though.
