i do have to ask where the Lee in admiral lee hung comes from though :shocking:
One night in a dream, I was approached by an Elder God named Lee...

So when I first joined OJ, I went by the name of “Major Lee Hung” which is why you’ll see people call me Major sometimes lol. For those unfamiliar with English slang, this is 100% a gag name lol.

You see, in English slang, the term “Hung” means “humongous penis” lol. “Majorly Hung” would mean “majorly humongous penis” and “Major Lee Hung” is an epic gag name that is essentially meant to mean the above lol.

When Worstgen was founded, I was promoted to “Admiral Lee Hung” which inherently means nothing, but is a shout-out to my roots and the fact that my online persona is associated with Admiral wank lol.

The best part? This isn’t even my final form.

workout / training ist easy.

real muscles are made in the kitchen. That’s the real struggle.
The right nutrition is important ofc, but as long as you are not only eating fast food and have a normal eating habit you can stil build alot of muscle - atleast that's how it works for me. But it all depends ofc what your goals are, if you want to lose weight than the nutrition plays a big role.

I've done push-pull for 3 times a week, 4 sets for each muscle group, maybe for 6 months to 1 year, but the results were mediocre imo. maybe the pattern for push-pull is incorrect? How often should we increase the weight in resistance training? After 2 weeks? After a month?
If you can do 8-12 reps at max each set it's the right weight. If you can do more reps increase the weight to get back down to 8-12 reps. I don't lift weights, i do weighted calisthenics, but the principle to build muscles is the same.
