If you factor in the growth then India was 2 Trillion dollar economy in 2014.

It's near 4 Trillion dollar economy right now - doubled in size in a decade, just trailing behind Germany which is 4.5 Trillion dollar economy (third largest)

If current growth Outlook remains consistent then India is estimated to reach 16 to 18 Trillion dollar economy ( what China has right now ) by 2045/47.
