Luffy's CoA wasn't that strong back then. Later, he tanked Doffy's and Cracker's attacks way better and I doubt, Hody's attack power is higher than theirs.
It's just the case that Sanji's RS is that incredibly durable.

Cracker was also able to nearly take out Luffy's arm.
And in Dressrosa Bellamy damaged him too

Depending on what attacks Doffy and Cracker were using, its possible that Hody's bite was stronger

it's unreliable. Kaku is at his strongest with his swords because he is a swordsman and you can't measure that with doriki. if you used your head you'd know this

then 4 swordstyle shit not even comparable
meanwhile jyabura had the same fighting style

The swords zoro has improve all his base stats just like the raid suit.
