Crocodile was actually really strong, even Oda admitted he was too soon also even till this day i don't buy Luffy beating Croco with the blood on his hands. Luffy should have awakened his Coa against Crocodile or beating him the way he did is impossible also that kind of powerful attack was impossible at his power lvl.
Evil Sanji through Domi Reversi is dead an buried, but an evil clone created by Killingham can still happen and it has to happen imo. There’d be nothing more satisfying than Sanji conquering his worst fear by defeating his Germa self, and literally conquering it with CoC awakening. Then the King of Heaven will proceed to annihilate the servant of self-proclaimed gods.

Peak - Gatekeepers of a particular tier if you will
Solid - Defacto Standard you expect from characters in that tier
Entry - Not quite defacto standard yet but have broken into that tier.

Difference in opinion 
Ryuma is the strongest swordsman that has ever lived as such he gets a very high ranking on my list. Especially since it's looking like the Ancients are built different from the top tiers of today. Moreover it's hard for me to imagine that the absolute pinnacle of swordsmanship is unable to tango with Imu's strongest spawns especially considering how high Roger ranks for me at least.
Same argument is applicable for Roger who was the PK as well.
Can see an argument for him being a transcendent but can't put him any lower than that personally.
Where do you have him?

I don't really put that much weight on titles either but the WSS title alone is not why I have Ryuma where I have him.
Again Ryuma was the strongest swordsman of all time and there is no swordsman in the series with greater name recognition than he does. WSS puts you amongst the strongest of a certain era/generation, that and Mihawk's Shanks association is why I have him as high as I do. However we are talking about the strongest swordsman across eras. Joyboy was once the PK but it doesn't mean he and Roger are the same coz they achieved the same title. Sanji won't fight croc.
Unlike Lucci who continues to work for WG and do their bidding, croc has shown signs of redemption. Infact, him helping out during MF was the biggest green signal.
CG for croc is more like saving his ass from Navy and continue to advance his syndicate and finances.
Buggy won't fight SHs as well. They are more likely to be allies (Mihawk would be the only exception as Zoro vs Mihawk is bound to happen)
