You can get access to it by just being a regular patreon but there are some features to the forum that only open up the more you pay. Iirc you can get full access to everything by paying $15. It's your choice.

IIUC VIPs have access to unlimited costum tags as long as the admins are available. So that means as long as such a tag is available or someone makes it :3
