Let me bump this up after recent chapter. Kinemon has now shown to be able to shoot out his haki in slash to be able to cut Kaido from a distance. This implies that such technique is advanced armament haki and it seems all the Scabbards have unlocked it.

So yeah, Kinemon can send advanced haki slash but was not daring to touch Enma. As I said at that times and as I keep saying, Zoro taming Enma is a big big feat. And I think the more we will see Kinemon in action the more Zoro’s haki mastery will be hype

I dont think so. Zoro was able to tame Enma because he trains all his life with an equal sword Wado Ichimonji.
I believe that only Zoro can tame Enma and being succefull in blackend the sword (such Ryuma and Mihawk both extremely talent actually the best you can find in current time as swordsman).
Weird that none of the Scabbard all swordsman didnt achieve this trait in 20 years.
You have to be a prodigy to do that there is no other explanation.
Flying slashes aren't something you learn from being good enough , it was established several times that it's a skill that you choose to learn and that the majority of Swordmen in the series don't bother learning it and leave long ranged attacks for Snipers and Cannonballs. Zoro himself only learned it because of Skypiea
People need to realise that Swordmanship in One Piece is a Skill tree, not a linear progress. We are even told that from the start you either train as an "elegant" Swordman or a "power" swordman, and that ONLY Mihawk has mastered both
It's not really about the fire cutting ability which seems to be special for Kinemon but the fact that he cut Kaido from a distance. That means he sent his Ryou flying to cut Kaido which is something Zoro has done before in Punk Hazard. Also that is the trait of Enma

Not necessarily because Wano does not suck Ryou like Enma does.
I think there is significance in Kaido's statement that the Scabbards were using Oden's Ryou when they cut him. This means at that time they unlocked a new level of Ryou. If that is Oden's Ryou (advanced haki) then it could imply that they could tame Enma like Oden did.
Flying slashes coated in haki are common thing among good swordsmen.
It is impressive that a flying slash from Kinemon could cut Kaido who is quite durable while Mihawk's flying slashes didnt cut Jozu and Mr1. Granted those happened in pre-TS when Haki wasnt focused on and there is the thing of cutting exactly what you want and not cutting things you dont want...
Taming Enma is just Oda saying "Zoro is on a whole another level than anyone else in Wano".

It isn't the case that it is the flying slash which coated in Haki. After what happened with Enma, it is actually the haki itself being the slash. Basically the flying slash is not coated with haki, the flying slash is the haki

Oden's haki skill is way better than the scabbards. So no, Kinemon and others can't wield Enma. Also, Oden had to be a Armament Haki prodigy because he was able to wield, even when swordsmen before him couldn't. Oden childhood portrayal is similar to big mom, both we're absolute monsters as kids. Dude grew strong enough in wano alone to clash with prime beard. Then grew even stronger after his voyages. And because swords in one piece can take on the user's will/haki, Zoro's haki had to be comparable to peak Oden to even survive Enma.
Oden is easily mid-top admiral lvl, Zoro was low-mid admiral lvl in dressrosa. Thus it makes perfects sense for Zoro to be able to wield it because he was in that range.
