I wont sign anything that would harasse Goda to Change his plan. He does great all this years, made me follow till my nearly 30th birthday so far, sooo... I just have trust in him. Not every chapter can be Hype like the last two.

Everything about Kaido is geared towards intimidation and a shallow “Wow, such evil badarse” factor. From his design to his highly inefficient nonsensical way of running a territory to his devil fruit to his overall attitude.

Problem is he completely lacks depth and personality. Granted Oda could fix this later but I ain’t putting my hopes up.

I think that's because he's meant to be someone's henchman /bodyguard from the start.., and that's xebec , since he's gone, kaido is the one who took the lost at the most, commiting suicide n shit, just like someone who just lost all of his will n dreams

Just found out the signification behind "Taro" and "Jiro"

Taro = "eldest son", "first son"
Jiro = "second son", "next son"

With these terms also used in the Japanese live-action film, Antarctica.


So basically Oden calls Shanks and Buggy as brothers, with Shanks being the elder brother, hence why Buggy is angry

For most of the scabbards and fighters to be missing they have to be either really late because of something that would be played for laughs or something really serious involving either the Beast Pirates or the BMP happened to them. I doubt that Orochi's forces alone would enough to defeat the scabbards and their allies.

Imagine him & jinbei saving the alliance from bm & kaido at the end of act 3.
Then This would make katakuri parallel to whitebeard.
