Vergo is the better physical specimen , while Sanji has fire attributes.
BM wanted Germa because Vergo must have humiliated her weak ass crew (save for Cracker) and thought with an army of Vergo-lights she can become pirate king
Clones degenerate over time without proper maintenance, and they didn’t know the full scope of the science at the time Vergo would’ve escaped (same age as Doffy so at least 31 years old). The quality suffered with Vergo escaping, but they still had some of the original Vergo DNA template. This is why some look just like Vergo while others don’t. It’s genetic variation based on small amount of Vergo’s DNA template

Nami is clone too,maybe even clone of Imu-sama, that's why Bellmere hide her from goverment, Kaido also fuc*ed Imus clone, that actially explain why Yamato is so simmilar to Nami;
So....you don't have to jump in conclusions just case their face is simmilar, better ask yourself, why Vergo end up with Doffy, and what could change if he is indeed Germa clone?!

Tashigi is far away from beeing even in same league as Zoro in physical strenght, the one is a mountain cutter and the other a failure, because she lose to a another failure it doesn´t make her stronger.
Put all three failures together and Zoro still low diff them, Tashigi,Pica and Vergo could gang on Zoro and still get low diffed by him.
It doesn´t matter if 1 or 3 failure at once, they are still trash to compare them to Zoro who low diff all three of them in sametime if he want it.
