Nobody in the crew was ever or is faster than G2 luffy. Even Sanji...The Oven Speed Blitz is probably the first time Sanji ever moved at speeds comparable to G2. G2 is speeds is actually pretty damn fast tbh....Rob Lucci was disgustingly faster than the rest Cp9 members. He was the only one who combined Geppo and Soru together creating insane speeds called Kamisori..... And G2 Luffy had to react and keep up with that speed.

Luffy couldn't sneak Kuma, he got neg diffed even though he was in better condition than Zoro. Also, Kuma saw the attack coming.

And we can even go further into detail with it, by Kuma stating that by deflecting the air, it turns it into a shockwave. Shockwaves at best are in the high supersonic range (Nuclear blast shockwave can reach speeds of 2000mph), but since this is One Piece, and Oda typically ignores conventional laws of physics, we could high ball it to oblivion, and it would still only put it in the hypersonic range.
You talk about sounding delusional, and don't even take the time to do any research, and throw out panels with busted translations.

Even if we went with your terrible "explanation", the distance between Kuma and Zoro would not be enough time even for a ballon, to slow down to shockwave speed, the balloon would still be moving at the speed of light at such range.

He clearly didnt see the attack coming because theres literally Exclamation and Question marks after he gets cut, Oda only uses that shit when characters are suprised. And Kuma was clearly able to dodge Zoro's attacks whenever he was on guard lol. And its obvious Luffy couldnt Sneak Kuma because Kuma was on guard the whole time. lol If You Luffy in Zoro's situtaion however he absolutely would have been able to blitz kuma while Kuma's picking Zoro up. Oda wanked the hell out of Luffys Speed pre timeskip bro. Luffy was literally blitzing and avoiding attacks from top tiers in marineford lol.

Kuma used a different attack for franky, it was a no named attack.

1. You apply logic, which means Zoro dodges Lightspeed because deflected compress air at that range would still travel at lightspeed.
2. You don't apply logic, which means you accept manga logic, meaning that Zoro dodges lightspeed because Kuma described it as being deflected at lightspeed.
3. You take your L silently and become a follower of the Grandmaster.
