Only Kaido and Big mom is a threat to current Luffy so if someone comes to fight them before the war they might have already get destroyed by Luffy and co... but there's no one on the sight which means they all escape or decide to hide before the fight because they might have ended up knowing Orochi doings and did some change of plans with the help of Law
