-Normal Hardening on the swords like we see of Zoro and other characters aren't Ryou too, since the scabbard didn't know back then ryou yet still had most like haki.

Let see how Ryou looking like in this chapter when swordmens and Gunmens using it.

He learned it before he sailed, because the scabbards were trying to learn it while he was away. He also know the technique to cut the indestructible stone.

I think you're misunderstanding the summary here. Scabbards *did* learn how to use haki and were actually training behind Oden's back.

I'm pretty sure Oden haki is different, he knew a technique to cut an indestructible stone from before he traveled with Roger. It was a technique passed down by the Kozuki. If he could already cut something indestructible, further proves he already had some advanced form of Ryuo.
