Its interesting that this chapter receives some focus on Carrot/Yamato
- A big argument for Carrot fans was the pure fact that she needed some form of signficance in Wano beyond just being "present" with the Strawhats. Most people saw that as the potential future confrontation between Carrot and Perospero over Pedro. This is a GREAT first step to that idea. She's actually trying to get revenge on him. Now, we have no idea how this will play out, but it is signficant that we get this far. We may even get a small flashback between her and Pedro to help refine that idea. Or Wanda joins in, since she's been MIA for 15 chapters, and Oda splits the payoff/focus between both of them.
- Yamato being on the Jump cover with Luffy is a pretty huge deal. Like bigger than most people realize. 99% of the Jump covers almost ALWAYS involve a the following: Luffy, other Strawhats, and/or a Villain. There are VERY few exceptions, like ones that have Rayleigh, Roger or Oden, or one with the 4 Yonko, or several movie characters for a film promotion. Vivi has been on several, but she technically is a Strawhat. Kobra is also on one, but like Oden/Rayleigh/etc, he is fundamental to specific issues present in the story. Yamato is practically the first character on the cover with Luffy that is NOT (yet?) a Strawhat and has NOT been shown yet why they are so important (unlike everyone else that has been on a Jump cover). Keep in mind that there are over a Hundred featured Jump covers of One Piece, and very few break the staple of Luffy/Strawhats/Villains. Yamato being on the cover is very interesting to say the least. For reference:

tldr: Yamato being on a Jump cover is super unorthodox (unless Oda is planning to make Yamato a strawhat) and Carrot going after Pero is the payoff Carrot fans have been waiting for.
