And Queen using his swords or bullets wouldn't have made a big difference against a rampaging BM.

Not sure why they are bothering with momo though. He was not even taken into consideration and was only in the scene because of orochi.

Eh, no. After Orochi was killed, Kaido still planned on executing Momo. Momo being alive was personal to both of them. Kaido even gave him a chance to live
