Summoning Meteorites? Who gives a shit if he can't when he can cut Island sized meteorites like butter
He can definitely make Tsunamis and Tornados with his swordsmanship
Since he is peak of swordsmanship in One piece, he should be able to cut any elements like fire, water, wind, sand etc
His CoO is so strong that he can fight an all out commander without even looking at him nor focus on him mentally
He even has sniping CoO which Sanji and Usopp has

But all these feats are just his casual feats before CoO was even fleshed out

What part of "Beneath Mihawk" do you not understand.
Against Whitebeard, Mihawk was expecting an actual battle, that was Whitebeard's selling point to Mihawk.

Luffy's selling point was his special ability which intrigued Mihawk and he wanted to see it first hand. Someone as weak as Marco/Vista has no selling point to Mihawk, hence why Mihawk was so uninterested in Vista, he was thinking about Luffy during half their fight. And the fact that Vista still failed to even bruise Mihawk while Mihawk is neither using CoO nor looking at him shows how far beneath Vista is to MIhawk and Mihawk was right about having no interest in bugs like Marco, Vista jozu.

They way Mihawk portrayed Mihawk against Vista, with Mihawk not even fully swinging his blade, while Vista having forward facing stance with struggle lines on him, with Mihawk not looking at him yet Vista failed to damage him, you can send 100 Vistas to fight Mihawk alone and Mihawk would still low diff.

"Evade all his attacks" Luffy would have literally lost his arm if he used G2, only Kizaru is portrayed that fast in One piece ever. Mihawk is probably a 100 times faster than Snakeman
