Kaido's objective is a glorious death, he won't get that hence why no one will kill him. He literally envy Oden and Whitebeard for their deaths also. No villain reachs his dreams and Kaido also won't get that.

The thing is Oda set it up that he has to die and Kaido if he sees an opportunity to die he will take it. Oda said in his introduction.
He sank prison ships and escapes all the time. He will just keep getting back up. The peoe keep saying over and over again to take his head not just beat him. When Oden had him down he said take his head. Scabbards said its not over till his head is off. People said nobody has been able to take his head. The foreshadowing is clear. Kaido not going to be down for good unless his head is gone

He may die, but it won't be in a epic way, maybe the marines get what is left of him after the battle and finish him off however I really doubt Kaido will be killed because that's not how Oda uses his formula he won't let the villain achieve his Goal he will find another way to sideline Kaido. Everybody wanted to kill Enel as well but that not what Oda does he finds ways of removing the villain from the picture, either by Marines, them flying to the moon etc.
If anything Kaido obsession with Death should tell everyone that he won't die, if Luffy comes out and says that they will actually kill him then I would accept it becoming a possibility but I doubt it will happen.

Kid and Law are only alive due to the mercy of Luffys blessings. The fact that they have the audacity to show cheek is enough for them to die, get humiliated and not become the pirate king. Law is forgiven if he pays Luffy with his death. Only with his death will law be able to provide appreciation for his life

His pacing is fine bruh, 60+ characters this arc. Only so much you can do per chapter. 1 chapter people thinks he moves too quickly, the next he moves too slowly.

Everyone just needs to be patient. 86/87 chapters in and we are going be in this arc till 150/160 at least, watch. Not one matchup is honestly clear yet

My problem is that he is barely focusing on anyone

Not the Flying Six, not the Numbers, not Hotei and Fuku, Not the Mafia Bosses, not the Supernovas ,Not Perospero, not Kidd and Law's crew

None of them got proper focus so far
