The difference is this isnt a powerscaling discussion where you can be wrong regarding who's stronger. He's the President of the United States making these claims with no foothold in the facts knowing millions of people believe him.

Making an incorrect hypothesis or theory is not lying, because you're not claiming it to be factual, it's why it's called a theory.

Making a claim that you believe at that point in time is factual and then being proven you're wrong is lying.

i havent been up to date with studies revolving hydroxysomething, but afaik there have been studies that indicate both it being helpful and it not being helpful. And i dont get why im to blame for the terms definition?!
