Haki reinforces, if all things are the same, then it depends on the material being reinforced. can a sword cut skin? Well that's your answer. That's why pica needed greater Haki

This is why i think vega punk experimented on kaido (an actual dragon) to make momos fruit. I think you need actual animals to make smiles. Or else youd get smiles made from king queen or jacks fruit.

To those saying that Kaido needs to die because he’s been captured and escaped need to remember that was over 20 years ago. The world government has increased their power in just 2 years; not to mention Kaido was last captured before the great pirate era. The WG has had to improve their security to make up for all that. Besides we don’t know how he got out. Maybe captain rocks bailed him out every time or big mom did.

Luffy and Blackbeard broke out Impel Down the impenetrable, where are they hiding the Indomitable Kaido. And you literally don’t know the last time Kaido was caught

we know for a fact it was before the great pirate era as kaidos been in wano for over 20 years...

There's also the possibility that Caesar isn't smart enough to make fruits out of other fruits and needs the full genome from a natural animal, or that Kaido didn't want his subordinates to suffer that process for whatever reason (especially if this links to his own dramatic past), or maybe Oda would simply skip that reasonable possibility (wouldn't be the first time that he draws a thick veil over something like that). We will have to wait, but this particular possibility is what I find more interesting about Kaido right now, to be honest. Not his current plot nor Rocks, but whatever relationship he had with Vegapunk and Momonosuke's fruit.
