Shanks would have been a rookie pirate when him and Mihawk fought, and is much stronger now that he's in his prime than he was back then. Mihawk won't fight Shanks with one arm, which is most likely a pride issue and has nothing to do with Shanks current strength.

Bonney and Urogue probably are getting their own related arcs after. I dont think they will be involved here, especially because both have nothing to do with these Yonko and are focused on other things (Bonney is at least). I would have said Bege, but he probably isn't even near wano now

Urouge will be a very self-centric character imo, with an arc on his own (Elbaf?), I see him a Hercules-like character that is doing his own journey on is own path for his own reasons. I doubt that he would describe himself as a pirate.

Whitebeard kept tabs on the up and coming Pirates, as shown with his interest in Ace, long before Ace joined the Whitebeard Pirates. Not to mention he knew Shanks from his days fighting against the Roger Pirates. Obviously Shanks was someone he was keeping an eye on. He said the duels happened so long ago that they are nothing more than Legends in this day and age. Clearly this was long before Shanks had gathered a powerful crew and started making a name for himself.
