Kaku never lost his advantage like Pica since he does not have advantage of the terrain. He could fight almost anywhere except in water. Pica lost his advantage when he left the mountain.

Regardless Zoro does that attack Apoo would never under any circumstance be able to defend against it. Zoro way out of Apoo's league

Why would Apoo let them do that though? To pick something up and put it in your ears you'd have to uncover them, no? Apoo can literally knock Luffy out with an explosion. You think he'll just let Zoro pick something up and put it in his ears?

How would the terrain shift worry Zoro to the point to trigger Asura?

Zoro was risking his life against Kaku and he only triggered Asura when he understood he might have died.

This never occurred in the fight against Pica, Zoro never risked much.

Uncovering them to strike is still uncovering them. Apoo had Kidd reeling with one attack and he even managed to knock Luffy out. Taking even one attack from Apoo is dangerous. Why would he allow them to put something in their ears? If Apoo has a brain he'll attack while they're trying to put it in. Also, finding something that completely blocks out sound isn't easy.

What will you do if Apoo is fine in next 1or 2 chapters? Zoro didn't have any remarkable feats until this chapter. Ulti didn't stand normally, that attack did effect her but guess someone has forgotten Zoans recovery rate. More importantly all King did in the raid was to stare at people.

Yamato have literally 0 feats
And you put her next to zoro who has proven himself a lot more than her. Until yamato takes out tobi roppo 1 vs1 in full blown fight i wont push her to the above vet.

I know zoro has not to many feats too but comparing them cmon. Let yamato do something significant first

If it does happen, it'll happen likely after Luffy wins with a final blow but who cares. Its still a huge moment if it does.

Tbh, taking down Kaido (and maybe Linlin) SHOULD be a combined effort. These characters are not strong enough to handle a 1v1 alone with these 2 and still have a variety of other strong opponents to deal with after Wano.

Oda is making Kaido, the world's strongest, go down first because he likely wanted to employ an "Oars-type" fight to the mix. Blackbeard/Shanks/Akainu/Im may all be 1v1 fights with Luffy in the end, so it makes sense that this happens.

Zoro actually beheading Kaido is symbolic because it IS what Ryuuma did hundreds of years prior, and we will probably learn that they are connected via the Shimotsuki clan in 10-20 chapters anyway.

No johns to Sanji fans, this is just a plot device that has been set up by Oda. Im actually more interested to see how Big Mom factors into all of this or how this Rocks plot is gonna grow because that has also been set up by Oda.

I think more players are showing up on mainland Wano soon (former Rocks pirates, former WB pirates, Big Mom Pirates, etc). Kaido wasn't a "world of violence" so this is how you achieve it. I think this war is gonna be nuts

You are talking about normal arcs, this arc was built different, this is samurai arc and Luffy is pirate, he has no business
Did Luffy ever let his others to go at their opponent in any arc like he did with Kaido?
Every arc Luffy toured around the island and involved with arc princess, but this arc he didn't.
There was never an arc where Luffy was trashed physically by his supposedly final opponent.
Best you can hope for is that he would fight Bigmom.

Just read my UN, you're going for disappointment if you expect Luffy to watch others to the job for him. Jimbei and Judge's son helped him save his stamina for a reason.
He's defeating Kaido. That's a given.
If you look at my current power scaling, I rated Luffy very low but the moment he will face Kaido it will be different.
