You do realize that Zoro is going to be fighting a top commander in like 3 arcs (end of next saga) when they fight blackbeard, right? What you're essentially saying is zoro has essentially peaked and won't get any stronger. Luffy isn't yonkou level, jinbei, zoro, and sanji aren't top commander level yet. This arc is very much the ninja pirate samurai alliance vs kaidou, big mom, and the beast pirates, and not the strawhats vs the beast pirates. THe first yonkou crew the strawhats one v one are the blackbeard pirates, THAT is the moment they will become a yonkou tier crew.

Franky vs Holdem, the guy who literally had like 5 chapters devoted to him to set up his importance and power so that Franky could have a fight with him, he's a headliner, ie pretty much the next best thing after the tobi roppo, essentially the equivalent of people like Pekoms and Tamago. Holdem is based on wwe wrestlers (which fits the theme of a franky fight), has a lion wwe belt that punches his balls (matches the comedy of a franky fight), and can shoot giant explosive fireballs (a parellel of franky shooting lasers), the fight will be heavily cqc based with both using their ranged attacks here and there.

The arc where the strawhats do what you claim is when they fight blackbeard, that'll be their first yonkou crew they 1 v 1, this arc is a group effort. Also Marco, Kid, Law, etc are all future allies who will be massively important for the final war against the world government. This is literally their arc to shine before they dissapear for like 5 arcs.
But yeah, none of the strawhat enemies are weak, they just aren't going to solo the beast pirates. Also the enemies the strawhats are fighting are the ones who've got a shit ton of focus narratively. Holdem, Sheepshead, etc, despite being weaker than the tobi roppo, have effectively gotten more screen time than them. Sheepshead was literally jack's number 1 and played a big part in zou. Holdem had a whole little story arc where they were in charge of a region and luffy went to confront him. THe oniwabanshu have been given proper attention and have had multiple skirmishes with the strawhats at different points. (like zoro has 1 or 2 of them at the bridge, they had that whole giant palace thing that involved robin trying to infiltrate and them getting in her way, likely a prelude to robin and co teaming up to defeat them and their leader, who was raizou's old rival and who has had 20 years to train since then to at least get a bit stronger)
Like, these aren't scrub characters. Bobbins solod new world kingdoms and pretty much every single character is stronger than bobbins besides the weaker oniwabanshu (and they are more of a package deal to their lead). The oniwabanshu fight will be a lot of gimmicky tricks and glass canons, which feels like a perfect place for robin, nami, and usopp to be. Like they'll be dropping smoke bombs and dynamite, using gimmicky devil fruits ie "ninjutsu", etc, and it'll be a very dynamic fight for them.
Honestly, not only do I think the power scale matches mine more, I think my idea on fights is just a much more interesting situation, also it doesn't make sense to give usopp and chopper more powerful enemies than luffy's rivals and marco.

My match-ups are based on observable patterns. Match-ups are for the enemy's top guys and last for 14 chapters. The Disasters and Tobi Roppo are Kaido's top guys, but Oda's extending the match-up length for irrelevant members like Holdem and Sheepshead, who's only relevant in Zou, why? You even have Haccha there without any regards to the Numbers who'd make the match-ups EVEN longer. Don't get me wrong, I expect the match-ups to be longer than the norm but only to include the Big Mom Pirates (likely just Smoothie, Compote, Daifuku, and MAYBE Oven and Snack).
When you look further back in the manga, this "but power levels" argument doesn't hold up. Sanji goes from barely hurting Bluneo to beating Jabra in a SINGLE arc; Jabra is over a thousand more times stronger than Blueno. The other CP9 who was BARELY close to Blueno in strength got clobbered by Chopper. Beating the Disasters and Tobi Roppo seem too much, but it just reinforces Oda's statement this will be the Straw Hats' strongest battle yet. What could possibly be so difficult about Franky fighting Holdem when he'd have the same difficulty against an officer of Doflamingo's crew?

Etc etc. For that to make sense, the strawhats can't ALREADY be at that level now, heck, Kaidou is stronger than Blackbeard will likely be. This is the arc where the alliance wins, this is the "we barely scrapped together a win together", the blackbeard arc is the traditional enies lobby style situation, where the strawhats line up and match up one v one.
Of course this will be the strongest battle yet, Holdem is stronger than Senior Pink. Sheepshead is stronger than Jora. Who's Who is stronger than Pica. Hatcha is stronger than one yeti cool brother. Only the bolded qualifies as an argument, but it's too damn weak. How does Zoro soloing King affect a match-up between a future battle against Shiryu? Everything else is a baseless claim especially the "Kaido is stronger than Blackbeard will likely be" part.
Readers familiar with One Piece can buy the weaker six winning against Ministers and Headliners and Zoro and Sanji winning against Big Mom's veterans and the Tobi Roppo. Being stronger isn't going to cut it when we had it since the pre timeskip. Kaku is stronger than Ohm who is stronger than Mr. 1. Zoro and Sanji beating the heavy hitters who are Supernova-spanking machines is another thing entirely.
And for the last time, Oda is not wasting match-up chapters on normal Headliners; they're irrelevant.

Only the bolded qualifies as an argument, but it's too damn weak. How does Zoro soloing King affect a match-up between a future battle against Shiryu? Everything else is a baseless claim especially the "Kaido is stronger than Blackbeard will likely be" part.
Readers familiar with One Piece can buy the weaker six winning against Ministers and Headliners and Zoro and Sanji winning against Big Mom's veterans and the Tobi Roppo. Being stronger isn't going to cut it when we had it since the pre timeskip. Kaku is stronger than Ohm who is stronger than Mr. 1. Zoro and Sanji beating the heavy hitters who are Supernova-spanking machines is another thing entirely.
And for the last time, Oda is not wasting match-up chapters on normal Headliners; they're irrelevant.
If Mihawk is the World's Strongest Swordsman and Big Mom and Shanks are swordsmen, they are weaker than Mihawk by default. If Big Mom's swordsmanship could compete against Kaido, just think what Mihawk would do.
Entirely a moot point since Rocks had those three when they were weaker.
