Zoro has not only not gone all out post TS, against all of his opponents in Wano he decimated, he didn't even use his strongest fighting style (Santoryu), bar Killer, where he replaced his most powerful sword with something that isn't even a sword but a scythe. Hiding Enma entirely as for now.
While Sanji pulls out his strongest weapon (Raid Suit) from the family he hates so much, on the very first occasion and over uses it.

I was on reddit and saw some comments saying they can't believe those "zoro vs kaido theories" are coming true.
But sad part is there are really fans angry right now and questioning Oda, "why Zoro say he will cut down Kaido?!"
In reality, Oda has been dropping hints, foreshadowing, symbolism, that would lead to this conclusion, both in and outside of the story.
Some Zoro fans picked up on these and made post explaining why they think Zoro will be involved in Kaido defeat, with solid points, but many whisked them away as pure dick riding fanboyism. There were tons of post on reddit, probably downvoted to hell by now.
Now they want to throw stones at Oda smh, wth 🤦🏾♂️

I swear i have yet to understand why they are making such a big deal of this chapter. The first spoilers were even misleading.
Zoro was cool, he got a great panel and a couple of awesome moments but nothing that astonishing, especially strength wise.
Until the moment right before Zoro hit him, Apoo was completely focused on Drake, he even called his name. Zoro defeated him in one shot and i get that this is hype but come on. We know he is lethal, basically all of his fights in the serie ended up with a oneshot,and Apoo is a strong pirate but not a YC. And he was distracted and nerfed since he couldn't even use his DF and took a big hit from Kid not long ago.
Queen has just made the usual funny face and everything has yet to happen. Zoro hasn't cut Kaido, Zoro hasn't clashed with a YC yet, and Marco, the strongest member of the alliance after Luffy, joined him. Just calm down.
Fate (Oda) decided to put Sanji's (at least apparent) worst moment in the same chapter of Zoro's best one, but let's not forget what Sanji did until now and how useless Zoro was until now.

Tbh reaching the roof seems kind of useless right now as Kaido is carrying Onigashima to Wano,probably for it to stand as a flying sovereign state on top of it.
We know the fighting will be done in Wano at various locations so it means we will probably get another set of setup chapters just to get the various final matchups,this means chapter 1000 is probably just Onigashima arriving on top of Wano.
I just hope the real fights start before 1010 and that Zoro fights in Ringo cuz I like snowing visuals.

Not really since Zoro told Gyumimaru to stand down. While that was incredibly dumb on Zoro's part, it still a different situation where Apoo in a middle of a battlefield and Apoo knew that Zoro would come back.
Regardless it doesn't matter since Zoro broke Apoo's Tonfa and Armament and did it at a speed Apoo has never showcased to keep up with and it shook Drake as well.

When the only thing you can do now is try and drag Zoro down, and talk about him 24/7, you know your boys got zero relevance.
Oda literally takes a dump on this dude for the entirety of post timeskip and yet you're still here crying about whether or not Apoo will get up, and Zoro's dailouge itself.

Even Killer would get defeated by 2 swords Zoro he couldn't react to Rengoku onigiri and by portrayal and feat Sonson is far lethal and faster than Onigiri Oda wanted to make it to show Hyori santoryu ( she wondered about it like she knows something let's wait for it ) also to make a plot with hyori by nursing him and paralleling it with oden and Toki
