They need time to surpass their opponents, Ace's opponents were other YC2 or YC3, he was stronger than most. Yonko fights Admirals, and CoC separates them.

Well, I mention Marco since he typically sticks to partial transformation. Not necessarily a hybrid form.

I know, just wanted to point that partial transformations like Marco's can be done by probably any zoan and isn't restricted to mythical fruits (Pekoms is the best example here, but there are quite more). The problem with Black Maria is the spider face, though, because that's indeed different from any natural zoan we've seen so far as she doesn't hybridates parts of her body but brings her animal face (which should be her face to begin with) out of blue.

The only reason he got injured in here, is because Kaido panicked when he see Oden's spirit in Scabbards. Read the manga.

At this point, if Sanji fights Queen alone and wins, it's like winning a lottery.
However, need to see how much PIS needs to be shoved down Queen's throat for Sanji to win.
Hopefully, Queen doesnt just forget about his swords but maybe Zoro will slice those up as well.
Just in case, so Sanjino doesnt have to deal with them later on.

Sanji fried a mountain lvl dude....and Kaido is like as big as Wada's lip. Compress all that HM into Kaido's tiny body and he will get hurt...
