And you had the 9 scabbards who tried their hand at one Yonko, and when he got serious, he decimated them, and was disappointed in the end.
It's only been two weeks since Hawkins projected one month time frame at the beginning of the arc. And we still have the 1 percent prediction of the person who may not survive till the morning.
It can't be ruled out that this may be the final fight, but the odds of Kaido and Big Mom falling here and now, at the same time, are the lowest out of any option.

Befe assassination was a theme of the arc. That literally came in the middle of a rescue arc. This arc is taken down the beast pirates. Which is why your seeing SH get more 1 v 1. Just like Wano Oda hinted that only way to stop BM was get her what she wanted food wise. Sanji skills were perfect for the situation. Oda showed at the start of WCI that Luffy not capable of doing this. Let me try to explain how naunce and good story telling actually works.
Beginning of WCI Sanji absent led to low energy SH and Luffy almost dying. Showing Luffy not capable of what Sanji does.
So Oda in the same Chapter made Sanji make his declaration
Oda sets up problem that Sanji can solve using who. A freaking Youkou. He didn't use a underling or commander to give Sanji his moment. He used a Youkou. Alot of people hated BM for the disorder during WCI, but does Oda care. No
She was rampaging people saying can't be stopped without her food. Then Oda even made Struasen a top tier Cook that Sanji will surpass or shown better than by the end of the arc.
Then Oda makes BM anticipate the Wedding and food all throughout WCI and nake Luffy ruin it and the only person who can stop her is who. Sanji at this point. Constantly being brought up. Hunger pangs cant stop her etc...
Sanji makes declaration he stopping BM with Cake and low diff Struasen cooking and BM says best shit she ever tasted in her life basically. Yes he used a Youkou to do this.

I don't know how you think this is going to go so smoothly. On top of Kaido and Big Mom, there is still King, Queen, and Jack (Who is recovering) to contend with. The odds are still stacked heavily against the protagonists.
The scabbards are out of commission, and who is going to be on the alliance side? Luffy, Marco, Law, Zoro, Sanji (possibly) Kid, and Killer. Drakes busy defending Chopper, everyone else will be busy with the Tobbi Roppo, Numbers, and countless fodder.
And then what happens when the rest of the Big Mom pirates show up, because you know they will eventually. For the alliance to win here and now, there will be some major assfuckery to have to take place.

Badly outnumbered how? It will take at least 3-4 people for Kaido, and 3-4 people for Big Mom. Then at least 2 (decently strong) people for King, and 2 (decently strong) people for Queen.
Where are all these people going to come from to take these guys down? I want to see your breakdown of whose going to fight Kaido, Big Mom, King, Queen and Jack. And then whose going to deal with the Big Mom pirates once they show up.
