I’ll probably wait on raws or the full chapter to get a good idea. The spoilers just don’t paint a good picture about Newgate, but Oda’s great at communicating character emotions through artwork. If there’s even a shred of doubt behind Newgate’s decision not to help, that would be great.

Not everything has to be so clear cut/black and white.

I just realized something. Emperors are overrated at 1on1. Blackbeard and his crew escaped from Akainu. When WB went to Marineford he brought 40+ allied ships with him and still lost. Now, we don't know whether Whitebeard would also call those allied ships to fight Kaido if he ever planned to attack Wano. So, if the fight wasn't at Marineford and it was somewhere else and WB came only with his crew without the allied ships.........Akainu would destroy WB and his whole crew.

Sanji is the type of friend I would love to hang out with, unlike Zoro LOL
We would have an awesome meal, we would talk about life or women, maybe he'll show me some hentai jokes on his phone LOL, and we would go flirt with women around and pick them up, and just have an awesome time overall

Zoro is the type of dude who would be 24/7 talking about going to the gym, and is carrying protein shake all the time LOL

Brook is awesome to stay around too, because he's a perv and a musician LOL

Hell, look at this... Brook is a swordsman, right? and Zoro is the one who restored his shadow... YETTTT, Brook spends more time hanging around with Sanji and having fun with him than Zoro.... Even Kinemon from land of Wano is the same with Sanji... Sanji is just more fucking awesome as a character to stay around LOL...

Hello guys.

After reading the last spoilers,there are some things bothering me

-Wb says they didn't know of Oden's death until years later,how did he finally get to know it when Wano is isolated?

Wb says he didn't attack Wano because he wanted to avoid casualties but had he forgotten Oden's Kids were living there and in danger? What about Toki he personally knew?

The Izo part is also hugely messy,the guy is a Wano native but here we have Ace who is an outsider actually more willing to attack Wano than him.

Did Izo forget he had a brother there and comrades who should be endangered if not outright dead due to Oden being six feet underground? How come he needs Wb's "ok" sign for something that concerns him directly and is allegedly less pissed about it than Fucking Ace?


Preskip we had a flashback about thatch telling Ace the 2nd ship position has been empty for a long time but no mention of Ace knowing Oden,now we are told Ace had already heard about this guy?

All the Oden plot seem to create huge inconsistencies and plot holes into the story starting with Izo refusing to go with Oden on Roger's ship to stay with Wb and never bothering visiting Wano all this time.


This huge mess is really difficult to buy.

It's funny you say this because Zoro in Alabasta was one of the main reasons I got into weight lifting. I was young and wanted to be cool and buff like Zoro

The crew dynamics would be mundane if these characters were all badass and combat focused like Zoro. I basically like every strawhat because each brings a different color to the canvas. Unfortunately, in a powerscaling forum, if a character doesn't get strength feats he's bantered, even if he's getting different kind of focus.

WB character is the same as before this chapter doesn't change anything.

Before that chap we already knew Oden was dead and Wano wasn't attacked by WB so connecting the dots wasn't that hard.

Also Ace talks to yamato about the young pirates of the sea and he mentions Kid and Capone, we know the flashback relates events 4 years ago, Ace died 2 years ago.

Does this mean Capone and Kid needed 2 years to go from their respective seas to reach Sabaody? Lol this seems really strange.

So kid and Capone are actually from Ace's and Cavendish generation of pirates after all.

WB, Roger are chickens...when they know they can't win , they avoid a war against fellow Great pirates or wait for luck as Roger was saved by plot vs Shiki

Do not put Roger there, Roged would have killed Kaido right away. This is proven by him goimg against the Rocks Pirate crew. Also if you hurt his family, he became a demon.

This is why Roger was Pirate King and Whitebeard was not. Shiki lost to Roger.
