The most serious moment is Kaido lifting onigashima.

Also, Luffy went through MF, and even before that Alabasta in where he told Vivi that people inevitably die in war.
Yet here he is entering Onigashima smiling and acting like a clown with not a care in the world.

Amazing, it’s almost like he’s aware of his plot armor.

It really takes you out of it as a reader to be reminded of that fact to be honest, because you end up taking things less seriously too since in the end everything will work itself out.

No none of them is dead yet
Probably only Kinemon will die and that would be something Oda would want to dedicate a chapter to not just offscreen it
Some of the scabbards might come back to help again and kill Orochi

In any case, King plot point is directly involve with Momosuke. In fact King is the one that has said now 3 times to get after Momusuke which his with Yamato.

I dont wanna jump to any conclusion but a Yamato vs King confrontation is getting more and more plausible.
