You kids still dont get it. Sanji not being a supernova has nothing to do with bounty.
Oda could easily make the minimum bounty for a WG supernova 150 mil, so only Luffy could be a part of it from the strawhats

Oda wanted to group only Luffy and Zoro with the top dogs of their generation. Sanji has no business here.
On topic, its not impossible for Sanji to take part in the battle against Kaido, which is true for the rest of the strawhats also
There's nothing unfair about Sanji not being on Zoro's level. He is the cook. In fact, its unfair when the cook becomes as good as someone whose sole purpose in the crew is to fight.

Small correction - Robin would've been a Supernova, not Sanji. Sanji only had 77m until after Dressrosa.
On topic though, I don't see how Sanji would really do much besides evacuate people from the battleground. There's nothing to suggest he can hurt Kaido other than headcanon and the silly idea that since Zoro can, Sanji can as well.
