He was still on the floor lying and only got up after King had already left the premises
King did stop Sanji though and made him throw Momonosuke away. He also landed a very dangerous attack on Sanji.
It's hype that goes both ways. Shows RS Sanji is on that level, and shows that King could have killed someone weaker than a top YC with high durability, seeing how dangerous both Sanji and Luffy thought his attack was.

What you seem to forget is that Killer was conducting Zoro's life in Wano (composed of fighting, eating and drinking poisoned food and water) for much more time than him. Since the end of Dressrosa till his meeting with Zoro more or less.
Both Zoro and Killer were "nerfed" but Killer was more, that's just a fact. Their fight was a close call anyway cause they are both lethal fighters.

I mean, King and Sanji appear in consecutive pages. There's no significant amount of time with King doing stuff and Sanji being out.

One page they clash kicks and Sanji is feeling pain despite him having protective durability suit
2nd page he is chocked, meaning King has him in his grip and Sanji can't escape
While Sanji is in his grip, King drills his beak in him and drops him inside the building
Sanji is lying on the floor, King is in the sky
Who won that encounter? As far as I am considered, Sanji got massacred and only avoided death (by his own admission) due to high durability suit.
Now are we debating whether or not King can get past Sanji's suit? I would say he 100% can when he uses his sword or CoA.
