Sanji doesn't have Ryuo so he can't damage Kaido, which isn't saying that much because even G4 Luffy was unable to damage Kaido due to lack of Ryuo despite his vastly superior power to the Red scabbards.
Presumably Killer, Kidd and Zoro all have barrier Ryuo, maybe Law doesn't need it due to his fruit.
