Zoro's attacks are not that hierachical, more situational.
Shishi sonson is his fastest move with most penetration in a single point.
Sanzen Sekai and it's variations are more powerful with greater AoE but need some setup time and less versatile than shishi sonson.
Asura is good against an agile opponent and does more damage than Shishisonson but less than Sanzen Sekai.
He uses shishi sonson in his ultimate desperation against Kuma, he wasn't holding anything back, that was what he viewed had the most likelihood of working in that situation.

5. Cabaji is a Swordsman even though he uses lot of Tricks during Combat
6. Brook is not a Swordsman because he have other Powers thanks to his DF?
7. Shiryu is not Swordsman now because he can turn Invisible?
8. Fujitora is called Swordsman even though he have Gravity DF
9. Inurashi & his Musketeers are not Swordsmen because they have Sulong & Electro?
10. Kawamatsu is not a Swordsman because he can Sumo Wrestle too?

The Character who carry a Sword & aren't Swordsmen are Characters like Big Mom where Napoleon is just another Homie she uses similar to Zeus & Prometheus, she doesn't lose any of her power without Napoleon, she only loses some Versatility just like Kizaru who can create a Light Sword & Caesar with his Gas Sword .... etc

for f**k sake, how desperate s*nj*ta*ds are, they're now saying Anime is canon LOL. Yes Oda let Toei made it that way but doesnt mean it makes the anime canon, it's simply because copyright issue. Anime is Toei's one piece and manga is Oda's one piece, simple as that. Just take the movie as an example, Oda gave permission to Toei to made movie strong world and as you know hakiless Luffy defeated Shiki who was on par with roger in that movie, so does it mean Hakiless luffy was as strong as Roger? HELL NO

Oda has always been confirming on different occasions that Toei gets back to him for many things.... the easiest one I recall is when someone asked him in SBS about the symbol on Impel Down gate,,, and he explained that he received the same question from Toei staff... (meaning, the staff always gets back to him)
another one where Oda explained that he's happy with his work with Toei Animation as they always understand his view of the series and know what HE WANTS....
When people asked Oda about Zeff too in Anime sacrificing his leg by cutting it off from ship wreckage instead of eating it... He also emphasized that he made the call with different scenario because Kids watch TV more than manga... some censorship needed to be done

You're too short minded then... I'd rather believe in Toei's outcome than have our headcanon on what happened to a battle when skipped...
