Everyone’s so quiet and serious and yet Kidd is smiling and talking shit. Most fearless guy there. I like how that means nothing and he’s a fodder but Zoro not turning around when Luffy enters means he’ll kill Kaido. Lmao what a reach.

remind us what happened to all that talk kidd was doing beforehand? yeah thats right it got him being the punching bag of the new world and getting his ass dipped in a fish tank. no one payed attention to all his shit talk. He’s a fodder a bonafide loser who’s going to get knocked out for the second time. zoro has never been this fixed on an opponent besides mihawk. the difference in conviction and concentration between zoro,Kidd and killer is plain as day. Ones fixed the other 2 have their head in the clouds.

She really warmed up to me in the past couple of chapters. I've gone from thinking Yamato will probably join the crew (but mainly feeling ambivalent about that possibility) to actively wanting her to join the crew. I'm very excited for her character arc and cautiously optimistic that Oda will do her justice.



Luffy is not alone on that rooftop. He has four other supernova to assist him against the Yonkou. Luffy does not need to be strong enough to individually take down the Yonkou as he's not fighting alone.



I don't understand the argument for Yamato not joining, could you please explain it?

I think after overcome yonko arc, next is the end to find one piece & fight the world government that hiding history with the cellestial dragon..

Then, Yamato will be straw hat ally as new beast pirates representative (post kaido)..

Katakuri will be straw hat ally as new big mom family / sweet pirates..

luffy will be 'the strongest commander: like gol d roger
zoro 2nd strongest 'vice commander swordsman' will be like Rayleigh..
Jinbe the 3rd strongest yet experienced also as 'helmsman'
Sanji the 4th strongest also as 'cook' & brought vinsmoke

Idk why kaidos top men keep being shown up as scrubs, but it’s really disappointing. At this point there is almost no way to redeem them. This war needs a major failure or it’s destined to end lackluster imo....art was great this chapter tho.
