It depends on the overall entity of severity. Perospero is a much more cruel character than Drake, that is pretty much ascertained and even actions wise which the most relevant matter, he definitely must of done worse than Drake in his overall career as Pirate, specially BMP.

Yea, i kinda like her. I mean its not like i love the character but i dont get the ammount of hate she gets. She is less annoying than Brook with his ridiculously overused panties and skeleton jokes.

I don't know why she is so hated. I mean her design is pretty cool and she isn't totally weak either, she looks definitely stronger than Chopper at the very least. Her personality isn't that annoying at all.

Yeah same. I don't get why she has so much hate either. It's probably because people don't want her to join the SH crew. I won't say that she's less annoying than Brook since I pretty much like the personalities of both characters.

WCI would have been better if Katakuri defeated Luffy and Luffy was forced to retreat while keeping Brulee hostage to justify Big Mom showing up on Wano to get Brulee back and free Her First Mate from the Mirror world

The overall theme of WCI is that the Strawhats get a humble pie and a glance of the gap between them and the Yonko crews. The problem is that that theme is Hugely undermined by Luffy defeating Katakuri. It only led to resentment from people who wanted Sanji Nami Chopper and Brook to have fights in that arc as Luffy got two fights while their favourite Strawhat didn't.
