Luffy's first Redhawk did more damage than some of his subsequent attacks to Doflamingo before entering g4.
Other plot factors such as how prone the opponent is/ how well the attack lands are important points too.
It doesn't point to the hierarchy of the power necessarily.
Oda will stall the fight as it needs to be for the plot.

Exactly. Oda made Law drop some Rocks, Luffy use G4 without adv CoA and Kid use an attack he knew wouldn't work because plot demands. It is what it is.

Anyway as a fan of Mihalwk, I’m very good, the character will not fight anytime soon and will be left for the future, besides that he will always be stronger than any swordsman who appears, like Oden.
my only concern, and if Oda goes crazy and we have a Shiryu defeating Mihalwk.

It's definitely not a magic sword and has been explained countless times how it works. Enma doesn't have power on it's own it just uses the users own Ryuo nothing more

And a piece of metal sucking out it's users Ryuo isn't magical, it makes complete scientific sense.
Hell Ryuo/Haki itself is not magical bullshit either, it's all completely scientific.
A soldier with a modern rifle will have more combat capability than someone using a WWI rifle.
Being able to tap out more haki than you previously could at one time is a magical boost. Deal with it. It reduces combat longetivity in return for greater AP than you could naturally release normally.
If they gave Luffy gloves that allowed him to surge out massive amounts of Ryuo in single attacks then that would be magical boost too.

You got caught in a strawman about the no-downsides aspect, it will kill swordsmen that don't have Zoro level willpower, which none of the scabbards have, that is why they aren't using this boost to their potency. Will you acknowledge your whole argument falls flat without this strawman?

Mihawk did not struggle against Vista. Was there additional stuff in the anime or something? Can't recall.

Just like for proper shanks fans like you and @Seraphoenix who accept him as a swordsman anything zoro does this arc to either yonko is shanks/mihawk hype as they are superior swordsmen (for now)

Shanks wasn't a top tier back then(at least not on the lvl of yonkous).So far his body of work is very lackluster,fighting Vista was nice,but we need much more.Oda needs to mention some skirmishes,heck make some admiral gun for him when he was an active pirate before becoming a SB.
