Hey , i just wanna say that if Asura strengthen Zoro's slashes that he showed against Pica by 3 times , then i agree he is in YC2-3 range ... maybe more even but not YC1 though

Trebol, Diamante, Pica and Vergo were all in a criminal gang with Trebol likely being the leader. Trebol and Diamante are both confirmed users of COO and COA and both had 99M bounties before they got frozen due to Doffy becoming a Shichibukai.

So many strong (or otherwise notable) characters seem to come from the North Blue. If you exclude the Grand Line (both Paradise and the New World), then the North Blue seems to have produced the lion's share of OP monsters. Even if you do include the Grand Line, North Blue is still disproportionate.

The latest revelations regarding Roger being a swordsman aren't good news for the Mihawk camp IMO. Roger ~ Primebeard > Oldbeard > Mihawk is heavily suggested both via narrative elements and Word of God. That Roger is a swordsman isn't significant evidence in favour of Mihawk being at or above Primebeard level; it's *strong* evidence that Mihawk's title isn't absolute.
