The pacing is totally fine at the moment. Oda usually gets caught up introducing characters and wasting times in areas which don't end up getting their due pay-off. I like to look at it through the lens of a well-paced anime where an episode adapts roughly two chapters. So far, Elbaph would...

I really hope Elbaph will only be about 40-60 chapters long. The fact that people are saying it will surpass Dressrosa in length is ridiculous. Where does this sentiment come from? We don't need 100+ chapter arcs to tell a meaningful or impactful story. Marineford is only 30 chapters long, yet...
