I don’t get why powerscalers downplay Kisame so much. He’s clearly a level above the mid tier Akatsuki members (Deidara, Sasori, and Kakuzu). Obito assigned Kisame as Itachi’s partner because he wanted someone who was strong and skilled enough to keep Itachi in check. IYou were so right, they are changing a bunch of shit to make Avatar more progressive lmao.
