All this time I've been wondering why Ulti was so popular......

-Not a Nami clone
-Doesnt suffer from same face syndrome
-Not over sexualized
-An actual personality that's not bland, seductive or insane
-Can actually fight and receive actual damage. Usually its only women like Brulee or Jora fighting.
- a female zoan and close combat fighter which is rare

Ulti stands out in every way....and that's sad....
