You don't understand Mihawk is stronger than Imu because Imu should be equal to Joyboy and Joyboy was seen holding a sword therefore Mihawk > Joyboy since he's the WSS and if he's above Joyboy he's above Imu

If the story goes the Alien otsutsuki route then we are definitely heading into planetary scale.
That's why I think Characters like Luffy, Law, Kidd, Koby and Sabo are all going to become God Tiers of the verse since they will be 5 people to defeat Imu or whoever is FV
