In general, most factions don't "usually have CoC". If a rookie from Paradise used CoC, the Beasts Pirates would definitely have somewhat similar reactions

Aokiji has a busted DF, while Koby has no DF at all. Obviously he is more likely to have CoC than Kuzan is since a regular human becoming a top tier without any DF and without any CoC is just impossible

Confirmed only in VC which are hit or miss in terms of accuracy

He said usually Marines don't have it, Garp and his son Dragon are obvious exceptions, they aren't the Gorosei's slaves like the Admirals are

Personally I'd say no. Too many Conquerors on one side is usually a bad thing, and something to avoid.
That said, I think some Admirals do have it even though none have shown it yet.

Zoro is literally using ACoC without even doing the "basic CoC". Not only not doing it, but not even knowing that he has it. Some of you are literally reading too much into this shit, that Oda made up last minute.

Having and being able to control CoC will be basically = "ACoC". Watch Sanji will immediately use it just like Zoro and Luffy.

Also I don't think every Admiral absolutely NEEDS Conq Haki, they're already pretty strong as is. Plus some just dont have a conqueror mentality (i.e Kizaru).

BM can be mentally unstable and turn into a crying mess

Saturn can fear and beg for his life

BB can fear and beg for his life

Ace can be depressed and wish he'd never had been born

Garp can waiver and not commit to any of his convictions.

Oden can degrade himself and dance in the streets

Luffy can be shattered and almost quit piracy

All of it is OK. But lord help if an admiral shows the slightest bit of a slip up.

I've never taken a stance that the admirals will or will not have COC cause it didn't matter. It was always maybe or maybe not. Either they were COC users, or their abilities are good enough to compete with COC users. You can see me using this stance in Garp vs Kuzan debates.

As things stand now, there's no objective argument to say the admirals will not have COC. That is entirely subjective. You can however, make a case that they will have it.
