- Jabra (Enies Lobbies) (#1 on his team)
- Absalom (Thriller Bark)

Zoro
- Mr 1 (Arabasta)
- Kaku (Enies Lobbies) (#2 on Lucci's team)
- Monet (Punk Hazard)
- Killer (Wano)

Jabura was #1 on his and more skilled than Kaku, who was #2 on Lucci's team. If either one of them shouldn't count, it's Kaku, making 3 a piece.

I think I spelled it out pretty clearly.

The common assertion Zoro always fights the official #2 is not founded in fact.

The Wings are dead even or thereabouts in terms of defeating official #2s.

I count Monet because Caesar was the principal antagonist of Punk Hazard and she was both his assistant and strongest subordinate.

Killer wasn't even himself when he fought Zoro, but I still count him too.

I'm being as fair as possible to Zoro here.

Ah okay, I thought you were using that to put Sanji above Zoro or equal to him (though he is practically equal to him since Zoro only beats him extreme diff)
