Powers & Abilities "Shiryu is too weak to be Whitebeard's parallel"

I would be curious to see more of Shiryu´s life before he became a BBP. I wonder if Oda is going nepo baby with him like Teach.
Regardless, my issue is that there´s no new WB because Oda didn´t give any character with the dream WB had, so I don´t think any arguments work for that. The issue isn´t power related though. If you want, you could say Shiryu is like an evil Rayleigh.

Oda gave Xebec same Bounty Poster as Buggy, and his Crew is more of an Alliance than a Normal Crew similar to Cross Guild,
He also resembles Shanks when it comes to Fighting-Style (Sword + Adv. CoC) & Red-Hair Pirates are considered Current Strongest Crew,
He is also Blackbeard's Father, who also started a Crew of Legendary Criminals who were already known before joining & took Pirate Island,
I think trying to find Parallels between any of these Three Crews with Rocks is Fair & Possible,
But that's because Oda is Hiding the Real Parallels of Rocks, who I believe are Man With Burn Scar Crew,
All of these Characters are Available for him to Recruit:
Most Supernova ---> Kid - Killer - Capone - Urouge - Law - Apoo
Most Warlords ---> Moria - Hancock - Weevil - Law - Doflamingo
Most Former Commanders ---> Marco - Jozu - Vista - King - Queen - Katakuri - Smoothie
Others who are Solo ---> Enel - Stussy (Clone) - Sentomaru
... etc
All Current Yonko resemble Rocks in many ways, but for me the only Crew I would call Rocks 2.0 is the one that manages to make this their Era alone, so it's a Crew whose Hype is to Surpass Yonko, a Crew that cannot be One of Yonko but instead is Created to be Anti-Yonko!
Red-Hair Pirates are Roger Pirates 2.0, BB Pirates want to Join WG, Cross Guild are more like Representatives of Underworld rather than Pirates, It's pretty clear to me that with all of those Players on the Bench, even if some of them Join these Yonko, Oda still have enough left to Create Rocks 2.0 made up of Characters who have a Grudge against both WG & Yonko,
Also, current Yonko created their Crews by being Inspirational or having Fate on their Side, but Rocks was Created using Davy Back Fight, so imo Rocks 2.0 is Someone who can "Forcefully" Recruit you, and that fits Mysterious Man With Burn Scar,
WB's Parallel imo is gonna be Weevil or Enel or Law or New Character.

One stabbed through Iron Garp, critically injured, weakened and retired him, and the other was loser of bygone era.
Gura Gura couldn't do shit to Garp, while Suke Suke helped Shiryu in taking Garp down. Sure: Gura Gura > Suke Suke, we can't deny the author's own words "Gura Gura is the strongest paramecia" but the quality of its user matters.

?But jokes aside, can't really see It. I love Shiliew but I don't see any connection with WB.
I think that this chapter has made clear that WB (36 years old) isn't in his prime yet. Just look at his clash with Roger:
