I wonder who eradicated King's entire race. Since King doesn't even have the qualities of a king, namely conqueror's Haki, he ain't even special among his race. So there was someone who wiped out hundreds of kings to say the least.

You are right, Alber doesnt have qualities of a king, he has qualities of a god. The whole race does and King is likely among the top1-2 strongest ever.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they were direct underlings of GB, given that they espouse his philosophy of non-WG affiliated people having no human rights.
