So, reading OP Scans, does anyone get a kind of...like a manchild sort of vibe from Imu? I believe referring to yourself in the first person in Japanese is quite childish. And declaring his powers and such are evil, and the thing with Dorry and Brogy feels like a kid with new toys. I don't know, it almost seems like the thing with All For One's backstory, a kid playing as a villain or something.
Is it just me or have the Straw Hats all looked like utter dogshit during Elbaf? The East Blue 5 get kidnapped by Road, Luffy looks like a punk to Gaban, and now four of them, including an Ex-Warlord, have been captured.
I have no faith Robin can even hurt Sommers at all. Shit, can Luffy even beat Gunko at this stage? Probably not.
I really hate this black fire thing. So, now there's a power pretty much everyone in Mariejois that makes them totally invulnerable? That's horseshit.

Potentially controversial opinion/theory: Imu was not the Earth God/Hellfire Serpent from the First World or anything like that.
I think whatever his power is, he waited for the other kings to get old and weak, then took it for himself, which revitalized him and he then went on to usurp the WG and ruled from the shadows.
In other words, he is a scheming opportunist....just like Blackbeard.

I believe that the confusion of what kind of God Nika was may come from him opposing the God of Destruction in times long past, and the story of it got muddled as it was passed down orally.
And of course, I believe the DF for said God is in the Yami-Yami no Mi.

Random thought, but there isn't an actual name of the world of One Piece is set in, is there?
I don't know if anyone else called it, but I am staking my theory that Loki's DF is based around the Sun, either as a Superman-like Paramecia or a Solar Plasma Logia.
