No Touch Haki being conqueror’s Haki is one of the biggest lies that Pirate fans push to downplay the Admirals. Luffy outright states that no touch Haki is just AdCoA, I might do a thread on this later.

Chapter 1090 is Oda's best chapter since the Gorosei DF reveal chapter. Kizaru calling Luffy a "cornered rat" on panel is a level of disrespect I didn't expect to see lol, but this is the same Kizaru who was ready to go stop Kaido and Big Mom from meeting without fear.
And of course, Luffy diarrhea shitting his pants from Kizaru's mere presence will live on in agenda wars until the end of this series and beyond.
