The sword was his primary weapon and the one he defeated Oukotsu with.
It was mentioned that he went a decade without using it and only used it against Moubu because he didn't want a broken blade.
It's pretty likely that he would use it against anyone other than Moubu or maybe Zenou imo, and doesn't it make sense to think that Sword Kanmei would be an overall
Do you think Kouen will be stronger/better fighter than Kanmei when he shows up?

Think of how much Fujitora tolerated Doflamingo and held himself from putting him in chains.
